When I got an email from Jennifer, to say I was excited would be an understatement! I say it all the time and will say it again—I love when I get to work with families more than once over the years. Not only did I do a senior portrait session for her son, Price, in 2017, but I was also her wedding photographer only a few years prior. This time around, it’s her little girl’s turn. She’s not so little any more, though!

We didn’t have to travel far from Eve’s home to find the perfect locale for her unique session. Her family owns a ranch with a gorgeous renovated chapel, blue creek, and beautiful gardens and walls galore. There were so many opportunities to highlight Eve’s personality in different locations around the ranch! Some of my favorite photographs are of her floating in the blue waters. It gives me all the mermaid vibes!

I thought I’d also let you guys in on what Eve’s mom, Jennifer, has been up to lately. If you don’t already know, this determined mama has an Instagram and blog where she shares everything from life stories to holiday recipes. If you’re a Southern girl looking for some inspiration, you’ll feel right at home!
