Our pre-session consultation is a great time to ask questions, and I’ll use everything I learn during this time to custom-tailor my process to fit your needs. From the Friday night lights of a football stadium, to a light-soaked meadow, to an urban alleyway, I’m adept at suggesting DFW senior portrait locations that match the wardrobe, interests, geographic preferences, aesthetic, and personality of each senior I work with. Ultimately, my focus is on YOU…the beautiful background we’ll land on together is just an added bonus!

We’ve noticed that senior year has this incredible way of turning everyday moms into high-powered Mom-agers—mom/manager blends that are capable of packing lunches, scheduling tutors, mailing sorority recruitment packets, and funding prom tickets all at the same time. While we’re more than impressed, we by no means want to add to your stress. That’s why we offer moms the opportunity to book“ senior portraits up to six months in advance. It’s also why we’ll do everything we can to get a last-minute date on the books if senior portraits happen to slip your mind until, say, two weeks before graduation announcements need to be mailed.

We don’t want to make you cry, but … think about it this way: After your child’s senior photo shoot, the next time he or she is likely to have professional portraits made is during an engagement session (of the love-and-marriage variety). Crazy, we know! But that’s the reason we’re such strong advocates of quality senior portraiture. Senior year often plays out like a movie on fast-forward—one that pauses just long enough for you to ponder, “Where did the time go?” It’s our joy to capture this uniquely in-between stage of life, and to produce the heirloom quality portrait products that will help you remember it for years to come.

Whether you’re a senior or the parent of a senior, we think you’ll agree that the “growing up” thing is crazy. Wasn’t it yesterday that he learned how to ride a bike? Wasn’t she just at the door of her Kindergarten classroom, clutching a lunchbox with one hand and waving goodbye with the other? Time always flies, but for high school seniors, college applications, schedule limitations, and prom invitations combine to make time take off like a rocket.
That’s why I’m dedicated to providing a relaxed photography experience with plenty of breathing room. I can’t make time stand still, but—with the help of my camera—I can press the pause button for you.
The best news? On the day of your child’s session, your only job as a parent is to be present and enjoy. No decisions. No worries about whether or not I’m phased by your presence (actually, I welcome it!). I’ll work to pull out every natural expression and help your son or daughter feel confident, beautiful, and empowered in all the right ways—and you’ll watch in amazement, just like you’ve done ever since the first day you met.

Reservations, please! Your $225 session fee covers the cost of the following: 1. A pre-session consultation with Crystal, your photographer 2. Your photographer’s time, talent, and travel to and from your photo shoot 3. A curated selection of 35-60 images to choose from 4. An in-person order and design session 2-3 weeks after your photo shoot. A session fee is required to reserve your date which can be payed online. Once that’s squared away, we’ll email you a questionnaire that will help us determine your photo shoot style.

Love, Me Photography provides a luxury senior portrait experience that’s completely custom-tailored to each individual client. Your $225 session fee covers the cost of the following: 1. A pre-session consultation with the photographer 2. The photographer’s time, talent, and travel to and from your photo shoot 3. A handpicked selection of 35-60 images presented in a slideshow to choose between 4. An in-person order and design session with the photographer 2-3 weeks after your photo shoot. * The session fee does not include any portrait products or digital images.

How long is a senior session?
We take a limited number of sessions each year in order to provide our clients with the most personal experience possible—which means we’ll never rush through your session in order to get to another. Plan on a 1.5-2 hour photo shoot (outfit and location changes included).
Where will my photo shoot take place?
Wherever you want it to take place … within the DFW area (sadly, we can’t exactly fly to Hawaii and back in two hours). During our pre-session consultation, we’ll discuss different concepts and locations so there’s no wasted time (or mileage) on the day of your shoot.
Will I be able to get everything together in time?
The life of a senior (and a senior’s mom) is busy, isn’t it? With two daughters of my own, I can vouch for the fact that we moms need all the help we can get at times. That’s why we provide a variety of complimentary service offerings to help you book and manage your Love, Me photo shoot with ease. For an additional fee, we can also offer you an over-the-top, down-to-the-last-detail experience that’s 100% stress free. Services include, but are not limited to: Coordinating an appointment with a hair and makeup stylist; Hiring a clothing stylist to select the best colors and outfits from your child’s existing closet (or do a little personal shopping on your behalf); Creating custom graduation announcements (we’ll even address and lick the envelopes for you); Designing custom party favors for the graduation party you’re hosting; Printing one-of-a-kind party invitations (and matching thank-you notes); Producing top-notch yearbook ads. Do you have minimum order requirements?
Love, Me Photography provides a luxury senior portrait experience that’s completely custom-tailored to each individual client, and we do require a $500 minimum order in addition to your $225 session fee. Orders are due at the time of your order and design session, which generally takes place 2-3 weeks after our photo shoot. For orders that exceed the $500 minimum, we are more than happy to schedule a payment plan.
Will I receive digital copies of my photos?
Everyone who books a session with Love, Me Photography and places the minimum print order, will receive a complimentary selection of digital images that are ideal for sharing on social media or emailing to friends and family. If you’d like to create a yearbook ad or plan to submit photos to a church slideshow, we will gladly communicate with school or church representatives and send high-resolution, properly-sized image files on your behalf.
If you’re interested in obtaining non logo-marked photos in order to make unlimited copies, high resolution digital files are available for purchase at a rate of $150 per image or $2500 for the entire collection of 40+ images.
How do you handle last-minute bookings?
Trust us, we understand schedule craziness! And FYI, we don’t believe in punishing our clients for booking last-minute. Order and design sessions typically take place just two weeks after our photo shoot. If you’re in a rush, however, we’ll bump up the order session by one week free of charge. Need your edited photos within three days along with custom announcements, grad party invitations, a photo canvas, and gifts for grandma and grandpa? Let’s do! We mentioned this earlier, but we do have a minimum order requirement of $500. To accommodate every budget, we offer three flexible portrait package options: The Classic, The Favorite, and The Dream.
