what other series would you suggest for somebody who likes rvb?

Ah, that's tricky... at least for me, because for what RVB is, there isn't too much else quite like it that I'm into? It really is its own thing. However, I will try! In terms of comedy/parody series, as well as content involving video games, here is some stuff I enjoy-

Pokemon Rusty Version- the saga of a rather incompetent Pokemon Trainer, created with the graphics within various Pokemon games (mostly FireRed Version)

TeamFourStar- most famous for DBZ Abridged, which is a personal favorite of mine. If you were a fan of DBZ, you’ll get a kick out of it because this is a parody series made by fans of it as well, so they mock it with love. If you’ve never seen DBZ, it is still funny as heck and enjoyable (like most “abridged” series, it starts out kinda slow, but they find their groove as it goes on). They make several other videos/series/reviews as well (ranging from shows to games, and other abridged parodies). I especially enjoy the gaming play-throughs where they are “in character”, my favorites are ones where Vegeta Plays and Krillin Plays. For an example of their review videos, Demon Slayer in 6 Minutes is a good start

Speaking of abridged... Little Kuriboh; I doubt we’d have any decent parody series without this guy making Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged. Again, you don’t even need to be a fan of the YGO series to find the abridged version funny (I was never into it myself, and this is one of my favorite things). a fun example of his videos are also the song parodies, and one I really enjoy is Pharaoh’s Throne

The Most Popular Girls in School- a hilarious series that involves stop-motion dolls and their various high school lives. if you like to watch a show where the characters mostly just stand around and talk to each other (with many curse-words and stupid arguments), then eventually do lots of CRAZY nonsense, this’ll be right up your alley

Llamas with Hats- this one is also just bonkers. Each episode slowly escalates with how intense the situation is, until it all spirals out of control. the dialogue is especially funny with how mundane and conversational it is against the odd tone of the series

Bill Wurtz- he creates lots of funny videos, mostly with songs and catchy jingles, but a few are actually rather... informative. especially History of the Entire World I guess (everything is told in very plain language, so it sounds silly, but is mostly accurate and educational. also, it is still filled with catchy jingles)

Purity Has Never Been Good

So, as of late, I've been listening to a lot of history in the form of Blue from Overly Sarcastic Productions and I, and hopefully many others, have noticed that the most prosperous societies tended to be the ones that accepted everyone equally regardless of how they were different from the natives, and that these societies fell apart once someone came to power with the idea that they should undo all that and make their nation only for the people they deemed as their people.

Egypt, Persia, Rome, the Ottomans... These are some of them over the past several thousand years.

Basically, purity marks the beginning of the downfall of empires. And it's not just in societies. Alloys tend to be much stronger and more useful than pure metals (though not always, because slag could ruin your iron pretty handily).

Being dogmatically monomaniacal, or, to use smaller words, being crazy about purity, has historically proven to cause a lot of damage.

Something I think I read somewhere, but can't find so I might have made it up, is "as soon as it becomes us versus them, everybody loses."

I think there was also one about how a people referred to themselves as "The People" and when they encountered another culture they called them "The Other," but things would have gone much better they instead called them "Also The People."

So, basically, everyone being different is much more advantageous to humanity than everyone being the same.

Intolerance is destructive, so destroy intolerance first.
