What a fun session this was! I love that Macy incorporated her Hawaiian heritage by wearing a Haku Lei—a traditional flower crown—that her mom snagged from an authentic lei artist. It’s always so fun to see what elements each senior will pull into a shoot to create a personalized experience.
For this session, we bounced around Grapevine visiting some of my favorite locations. I even found a new mural wall in an unexpected place—outside my favorite coffee shop! Who knew? (If you’ve never had coffee from Redefined, this needs to change!) The lion in the mural perfectly represents Grapevine Faith’s mascot while the colors reflect Macy’s bubbly personality. We concluded our session at Lake Grapevine. I love how peaceful it is out there, and the sunset was absolutely gorgeous!
