Sydney was such a delight to work with during her senior portrait session. She’s quite the character and very funny! Her mom, Tara, definitely wanted to capture her well-rounded personality in her photos. Sydney also has these beautiful, bright blue eyes, so we headed outside and let the sky above help us show them off.
I found it really interesting that Sydney lived in Cabo San Lucas until she was eight years old, and she still considers the area home. She also happens to be incredibly stylish, and you can definitely pick up on that from her photos. First, she wore this eye-catching, color-shifting dress that stood out against darker backgrounds. Next, she showed off her fun side with a bright pink sweater. We captured some really fun confetti shots as she spun around and danced. Her laughter is contagious!
Of course, we also had to highlight her serious side. Sydney donned an Uptown-ready outfit and we got some great shots of her in front of the Dallas skyline. Next, we went a bit more casual to showcase the unique wall art behind her. Finally, we showcased her sporty side with her favorite jersey.
It was quite the adventure strolling around the Arts District for this session, and so fun getting to know Sydney. She certainly has a light inside of her. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this sweet young lady.
